About Us

LFA is located in the community of Loris in Horry County South Carolina. Loris is a bedroom community of Myrtle Beach with the North Strand less than 20 minutes away. Loris is a fast growing city and Horry County is one of the fastest growing counties in the United states with the beach to the east and country farm land to the west many people are choosing Loris to be their new home.

LFA is a growing, resilient church with a strong desire for Revival. The congregation survived storm damage on the building from both Hurricanes Matthew and Florence, but these detours did not stop LFA's forward focus to fulfill God's mission to reach the many people who are moving to Loris and to be a Missionary sending Congregation.

LFA desires to follow the Acts 1:8 model of ministry. As Jesus told the disciples to go reach the area surrounding them and the uttermost parts of the earth. LFA believes Jesus is commanding our Congregation to do the same.

The Core Values of LFA are to show "LOVE" and compassion for all people. To be empowered by the "Fire" of the Holy Spirit so we can have the boldness to share the Good News of Jesus with all people, and to "Aquire" biblical truth and a deep relationship with God
